She was bowled over by the amazing craftsmanship and unwavering dedication of such unsung heroes of Indian weaves.

Meghavi personally preferred bohemian fashion but experimented with her fashion choices. In an attempt to explore her creative potential, she set out to make her own collection, wearing them to college and drawing admiration from a lot of people. At a time when most of her college mates were gushing over high-end brands like Zara, Meghavi made heads turn with her ethically sustainable clothes that were at par with foreign brands in terms of style, quality and aesthetics. The positive response garnered from all quarters encouraged Meghavi to establish her dream venture, Aamvi. And, there has been no looking back ever since.

We call ourselves a gift stylist,  as we customize gifts/hampers as per our clients requirements.” Here you’ll get gifts across a huge variety of categories such as wedding favors, wedding trousseau packing, occasional gifting such as birthdays, anniversaries, house warming, baby shower, baby announcements, festive as well as corporate gifting.

There’s an all together separate section of luxury gifting – which mainly contains premium home decor platters, German silverwares and beautiful artifacts and handcrafted masterpieces.

What makes the brand stand out is its focus on the detailed curation of each and every hamper. Pragati and Shruti use their expertise and creativity to transform their client’s emotions into a gift which directly expresses their feelings.

The founders maintain absolute transparency and empathy while designing gifts for the client. Shruti adds “Because we believe , if we cannot understand our client’s emotions, we will not be able to deliver the product they are looking for.”

How it all began

As Pragati points out “It was never a planned startup. Creativity was in my blood and curating gifts was my passion. I never realized when my passion turned into a profession.”

When the siblings realized how much people liked their work and wanted more of such products, they officially started Celebrations & More, with an aim to provide a better , well planned gifting experience for people.

Being full time homemakers come with its own set of challenges. Both Pragati and Shruti embraced the challenge. They went ahead with an amateur and unprofessional approach through which they could directly and emotionally connect with their clients which soon became a usp of the brand’s service. We still have very fond bonding with our clients as we connect with them emotionally. We are now like a big celebration family.

What lies ahead?

The company has grown from strength to strength since the time of its inception. Having delivered more than 50k hampers so far and with more than 800 regular clients in our datasheet (excluding online and international clients), Celebrations & More has garnered love and appreciation from clients worldwide.

Besides aiming for a humongous turnover, Pragati wants to give Celebrations & More a nation wide recognition by making it a franchise model. The plan is to open outlets in different cities with the objective of providing an exceptional gifting experience to people.

Through her YouTube channel, Pragati wants to help aspiring women who want to take bespoke gifting as a profession. There would be free workshops and classes, so that they can excel and make a living of their own.

We had more than 1m views in just 2 days, and people went mad over a particular design. We sold almost 500+ pieces of that product till the time we were out of stock.” People showered love from around the globe and that gave a new perspective to the business approach. Initially, it was a challenge getting connected and building trust with customers but with experience in digital marketing, the sailing got smoother and over time the brand had 50k+followers on Instagram.” The brand has happily served 10k+ customers and other than India has also reached international markets like Dubai, USA and Australia.
