“I am a finance manager by profession, and a choreographer and dance instructor by passion. I saw an opportunity here, where I could blend the vibrant and joyous beats of music with dance steps, and create a fitness routine, which would be enjoyable and also show results.” Says Sneha.

Fitness is for everyone. At BOLLYWOOD FOR LIFE, Sneha, who is dance instructor/ choreographer with more than 15 years of experience, designs routines that can appeal to all age groups. Classes start for students from age 5 and above, and there are comfortable routines designed for elderly people too.
There are various “DANCERCISES” created which include Bollywood Dance Classes, Hip-Hop, Zumba and other forms. There is BollyWorkout – a patented high intensity bollywood dance workout that mixes intense cardio and dance fun. These include strength and conditioning routines that enable participants to manage weight, increase endurance, improve muscle tone and strength, improve heart and lung’s function, improve flexibility and more.
