Launched in April 2020 by Ms. Nehaa Juneja, SkinWorks offers a range of skincare products that intend to pamper your skin with the power of centuries-old natural cures.

Growing up believing in the power of nature


It was during the peak of the pandemic that Nehaa’s dream project took off with a modest sum of Rs. 5000 and an unflinching determination to achieve what she set out for. Collecting all ingredients from the market was quite a challenge during those trying Covid times. But somehow everything fell into place and hurdles gave way to hope and positivity.

Since Nehaa grew up witnessing the magical benefits of naturally made skincare products, she appreciated their worth and was eager to share these ancient beauty secrets with the world. She vividly remembers how the orange & almond scrub which her mother made in the kitchen did the trick for her skin. The gritty girl decided to share this handmade scrub with some of her friends and they fell in love with it.

This inspired her to launch her own brand with the aim of “educating the consumer about our products and allowing them the privilege of knowing the ingredients that go in our products.”  

SkinWorks: Works wonders on your skin, naturally

SkinWorks offers a range of skincare, face masks, scrubs, makeup removers, toners. The brand carries out extensive research to create potent formulations that deliver exceptional results. The products are not only non-toxic & preservative-free but also environmentally friendly. Most of the client interactions are on a one-on-one basis, which helps in getting direct customer feedback and gives customers an assurance of being heard. That’s what makes this homegrown brand unique.

As a mother of a toddler, Nehaa faced a dilemma when it came to safeguarding her daughter against harmful cosmetic products that the child insisted on using. “Why can’t I use your makeup?” was the persistent question from the kid. Finally, the young mother came up with the idea of a natural makeup kit specially made for kids. This special segment called “SkinWorks x Cyra” was rightly named after her daughter.

The brand witnessed a huge surge in demand with mothers thanking her for this unprecedented initiative. The objective was not to introduce a child to makeup but to let them have fun with colors and explore their creativity. The overwhelming response really took her by surprise.

A planned approach is all that’s needed


Like any self-driven individual, Nehaa has devised strategies to scale greater heights. Her primary goal for the next 6 months is to “launch more products for the existing categories and add new categories to the catalog”. The aim is to keep the momentum going and increase its customer database through social media, online ads, etc.

While fulfilling her entrepreneurial dream, the founder realized “The skincare business isn’t simply about putting a product out there in the market and raking in the profits.” Thus, she remains firmly focused on what makes the customer happy and that’s what serves as the guiding light for team SkinWoriks.
