Anuja and Chirag always wanted to do something that would empower Indian farmers as well as inspire Indians to make a cosmic shift from pre-packaged superfoods to natural food products.

As they rightly pointed out “Our Indian farmers have been striving to provide us the most natural and healthy produce and we, as a society, must enhance and enrich the farmer community as much as we can.”

Having realized the immense potential of Indian’s farming and agricultural produce, they decided to bid adieu to their high-flying corporate jobs in 2016 and established a business venture that would help widen the reach of farmers across the country. Thus Kokos Natural came into existence.

Kokos Natural is a home-grown brand trying to popularize the bounty of food resources India possesses. It provides alternative ingredients over alternative foods. It would be unreasonable to expect a 50-year-old man to give up his food habits and replace his much-loved upma/poha/sheera/dosa/paratha with quinoa bowls, oatmeal, muesli or smoothie bowls.

Instead, Kokos Natural has come up with a sensible solution that requires replacing the ingredients with far healthier and more nutritious (Indian) alternatives like Raw Banana Flour, Organic Coconut Sugar and Himalayan Pink Salt, Cassava Flour, Beetroot Powder and many more to come in future. Owing to its outstanding contribution, it was awarded the Best Startup of the year in the organic sector by The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry in India.
